Support and questions

Tell us your phone model and the version of the app if something is broken. We aim to answer within [PLACEHOLDER: support response time, e.g. 3 working days].

Privacy requests and account deletion

For access, correction or deletion of your data write to the same address. To delete your account yourself, in the game open Social → My profile → Account → Delete my account. If you cannot open the app, see Delete your account. Turkish users can find the application route under the KVKK notice.

Reporting a player or a bug

Found a cheater, an offensive player name or a bug? Email us with the player name and what happened. We do not need and do not want passwords or login codes: nobody from Drop Duel will ever ask for your login code.
